POLICIES
Peekaboo Learning welcomes students of all ages 5 and up, levels and abilities. We will make any effort to accommodate every student's schedule.
First-time students enrolling are welcomed for an interview in person with our coordinator. Classes are scheduled on the basis of student and teacher availability and the Coordinator's recommendation. Goals and program are set up at first class.
1. TUITION & RATES
Private & Group Instruction: Tuition is payable for the whole school year upon the number of weeks of instruction provided. Two installments possible: September 1, 2010 - February 1, 2011.
Fall Rate is effective September to December 2010.
Winter/Spring Rate is effective January to June 2011.
2. CANCELLATION / MISSED CLASSES
Private and Group Instruction: The Teacher and the Coordinator must be notified of all cancellations at all times by email and phone (CC emails and phone calls, please). Peekaboo Learning must be notified 24 hours in advance of cancellation.
Private Instruction: There are make up classes if cancellation has been duly notified in advance, otherwise the class is fully due. Group Instruction: There are no make up or refund for group classes that are missed by the student.
3. CANCELLATION / REFUND
Private and Group Instruction:
- Before the first class, refund of tuition is possible; a $80 fee will be kept.
- As soon as the program has started (first class stands as start of the program), there is no refund of tuition possible. Tuition is due entirely.
4. SNOW DAYS
Private and Group Instruction:
Peekaboo Learning Corporation follows the guidelines of the school districts in regard to inclement weather. If there are more than 3 classes cancelled by the teacher for snow day reason, 2 make-up classes will be done.
5. TUTORS
Your tutor is your direct contact. Please make sure to confirm curriculum, classes and times with her (him) at any time. Tutors report classes to the Coordinator for record tracking. Please:
- sign attendance form for each class
-report any comment and remark to the Coordinator
- cc all email correspondence to peekaboolearn@aol.com for feedback and record tracking.
6. CALENDAR
The calendar applies to all pre-paid classes and enrollment for the all school year. You may organize special arrangements with your tutor for dates, as far as the number of classes done meets the number of classes billed.
Any demand for additional classes has to be made to the Tutor and the Coordinator.
