Camp Peekaboo Philosophy

Our philosophy is to help campers learn languages in the most efficient way possible. We believe that using new words in a real context and concrete manner promotes better learning.

Since 1999, Camp Peekaboo has welcomed hundreds of young children and teenagers in the program.

Camp Peekaboo has received a 98% satisfaction rate in the past 8 years: campers emphasize the real language progresses they do, even in a one-week program. They say how much they are impressed at how strongly they have been challenged on the four areas of language mastery without realizing it: using games, sports, exercises in context, drama, music enable campers to apply new language knowledge in a concrete way.

Campers are often from bilingual families and the international experience of many of them is an asset to the group in interacting and discovering different cultural features.
